From Antwerp:
Follow E19 direction Brussels ; exit 9 Mechelen Noord, at the exit keep to the right; immediately keep to the far right again (= direction Sint Katelijne Waver); after the long curve past the shopping center Malinas, take the first exit on the right just before the bridge; at the traffic lights turn right, you are now on the Antwerpsesteenweg; after 700m at the first traffic lights turn left into the Eikestraat. Then turn left 200m further into the Vuurkruisenplein (next to Thiry Paints). Follow this street and keep left. You can park on parking 2 and cross the Vrouwvliet via the pedestrian bridge. You are now in the Tivoli Park.
From Brussels:
